Business Frustrations

Business frustrations and challenges come in all shapes and sizes whether you are a start-up business waiting to turn a profit or well established and turning over a decent profit. The one common outcome of business frustrations is they waste valuable time and money and cause lots of extra stress for the business owner, staff and customers.

Often these frustrations can go on for many months or even years, essentially sucking the life and vibrancy out of the business owner if they are not resolved.  Of course some businesses never recover and simply fall apart.  This is a common occurrence when you consider the statistics tell us that 80% of businesses fail in the first 5 years.

Business Frustrations & Challenges?

Some examples of common business frustrations which you may identify with are:

  • You as the business owner are running around fighting fires in your business.  It not only wastes your time but frustrates you endlessly as you can’t focus on moving the business forward
  • Too many customers calling up with complaints or for refunds which takes up valuable time and resources and your dream of running a business where customers purchase frequently and are happy to refer family and friends is far from reality
  • Your debtors have blown out with many customers outstanding 90+ days which is causing major cash flow problems
  • Your staff keep asking for your help even after they have been adequately trained.  Their lack of confidence or not being empowered to make decisions themselves means you have to be involved in anything slightly challenging which again wastes your time
  • Spending lots of money on one or more advertising strategies and you don’t know what is working or not.  It feels like the money’s going down the drain or you are not marketing your business and don’t know how to attract customers
  • Working 60+ hours per week in order to survive.  You are essentially tied to a job that needs you rather than running a business that you give you flexibility and work/life balance. You hardly see your family which is causing tensions at home.  You even take your paperwork home on weekends to get through the workload

Your Frustrations Are Our Business

Your frustrations are our business because that is what we specialise in.  Every business owner suffers from having business frustrations but the key to resolving them is to quickly identify them which many business owners cannot do as they are too close to their businesses.  You’ve probably heard the expression “You can’t see the forest through the trees”.  This also applies to business and could be re-worded to “You can’t see your business potential through the frustrations”.

We love helping business owners and solving their business frustrations is what we do best.
