Silvia holds a degree in Business Administration from Martin Methodist University, USA. She was a director of Juicy Giant Fruit Juices Pty Ltd, a fruit juice manufacturing and distribution company, has 7 years experience as a life insurance agent, and has owned a successful boutique property investment consultancy.

As a seminar presenter and trainer, Silvia has worked all over Australia and also in New Zealand. As a Business Improvement Specialist, Silvia works with small to medium businesses to create winning teams, accelerate sales and profitability, and empowering businesses to achieve greater success.

Silvia is also author of a number of business reports and co-author of Weekly Discoveries newsletter.

 

 

Stephen Lee-Burman    Grad Dip Bus Tech, Results & NLP

Stephen has been in business for himself for over 15 years and has worked in a number of industries including Retail, Distribution and Service.

Stephen brings with him a wealth of knowledge about what it takes to build a successful business. These skills include but are not limited to; creating a dynamic vision for your business, goal setting, overcoming fears (of cold calling or marketing), implementing systems that work, using technology to your advantage as well as financial, leadership and management skills.
