 Silvia Wright-Davies has been a director for her own boutique training and consultancy company for 17 years. She works with organizations to create winning teams, accelerate sales and profitability and empowers businesses to achieve greater success. Her areas of expertise embrace three vital components that are designed to help her clients achieve a balanced and successful business and personal life: business coaching, corporate training, and personal development seminars.
Silvia is also author of a number of business reports including the Business Excellence Report and co-author of Weekly Discoveries newsletter.
Stephen Lee-Burman Grad. Dip. Bus. Tech.
 Stephen has been in business for himself for over 15 years and has worked in a number of industries including Retail, Distribution and Service.
Stephen brings with him a wealth of knowledge about what it takes to build a successful business. These skills include but are not limited to; creating a dynamic vision for your business, goal setting, overcoming fears (of cold calling or marketing), implementing systems that work, using technology to your advantage as well as financial, leadership and management skills.
